I am writing to express my deep concern about the Propsed Ammendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement. These increased fees will drive many users to let their registry lapse, and only further strengthen and entrench the anti-competitve business model employed by many large registrars. I urge you to reexamine the scheduled fee increases.
