I submit this comment in opposition to the proposed changes to the ICANN agreement with Verisign.  I believe that the price increases allowed under this agreement are unnecessary, discriminatory, and will result in decreased access to the internet worldwide.  These proposed increases severely diminish the internet’s impact as a global equalizer that levels the playing field for information and communication around the world.  Please do not remove the price caps.
