This potential to increase domain wholesale prices makes the internet inaccessible for everyone. Domains are already very expensive and this could mean a slowing flow of information, a decrease in global education.

As a domain owner, I am very concerned over these new proposed changes that do nothing positive other than put more money in ICANN's pockets.

Please reconsider, for the sake of society, to enact these changes.
