This is clearly not in the interests of millions of small business owners.

It appears that ICANN and Verisign have colluded to fix the costs of providing registration without any kind of public consultation, or considering the negative impact this might have on small businesses.

I strongly object to the prices based on the steep ramp in price, and because this appears to be self-serving rather than in the interests of the owners of the domains.
