I'm concerned that the proposal will allow many price increases that will hurt small and medium size online marketing and e-commerce businesses financially with too many increases in .com yearly costs.

Please rethink this whole proposal. You are only thinking about yourself ( organization) and verisign not "the little guy". As usual the little guy will be hurt if this proposal is allowed to go forward.
