To whom it may concern:

I am in disagreement with these changes and feel they are unfair and can cause a huge affect on very small and minor business causing a financial burden down the road with expenses. There is no disclosure of what these increase in fees are for, why they are necessary nor how that money will be spent. Thank you for your time.
