To Whom This May Concern:

I am against Verisign being allowed to increase the wholesale price to registrars for .com domains by 7% almost every year through 2029.

And, I do not fee that permitting Verisign to operate as a Domain Registrar is in the best interests of the internet.

Finally, I support price caps in order to keep Domain Prices in check and do NOT support the elimination of them.
