I am writing to voice my opposition to the proposed Amendment 3. I feel that this amendment is doing a disservice to the average person who would like to purchase a .com domain and it would only benefit those who already have the ability to pay higher fees for the domains.

Please keep the average person in mind and do not pass this amendment.
