I was made aware that ICANN’s contract w VeriSign was made without input from the broader ICANN community and in a vacuum, resulting in significant pricing increases over the next decade that will negative impact my small business. Further, the lack of transparency with how ICANN will spend the $20MM received from VeriSign is disconcerting. While increases in fees is part of doing business, the lack of clarity and management of domain fees is truly worrisome and should be addressed.

Please take a step back and ensure your constituents are taken into account and your focus is on the right priorities.
