I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains.  This would have a
negative effect on my business and many other small businesses .

It is very clear that NO one other than Verisign want increases in .COM prices and treat .COM like their private property. 

Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry - it has no right dictating the price. 

ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the PUBLIC interest and NOT that of Verisign. Please remember this.
