This proposal reduces the accessibility  of domains for people all over the world. It provides Verisign with a disproportionate benefit, while providing ICANN little support in return. Part of a healthy internet is keeping domains affordable for the every day person. I whole heartily appose  this amendment.

Passing this amendment will undermine public view of ICANN.

In addition, I believe the amount of money ICANN is already receiving might be causing an issue. Similar to the one
