I am strongly opposed to major increases to the domain registration prices. Increasing the prices will decimate the innovation that built the internet. By increasing the price you will be leading the way to have domains and thus the general internet to be run by companies and people that have specific agenda’s. Also as we know increasing the price will force a certain segment to find cheaper alternatives that bypass ICANN.
