I am completely against this proposal.

This is absurd and is blatantly a for profit company bribing a non-profit under the guise of helping, and the effects will be far reaching - not for ICAAN, certainly not for Verisign, but for everyday users who will see costs dramatically increase with little to no benefits.

Where is this $20 million being used? No details given except broad assurances which do not mean anything.

If Verisign is so supportive of improving things, why do they need to increase prices in order to offer assistance? Their profit margin is already quite high I suspect.
