I note this arrangement concluded in secret between ICANN and Verisign, with no clarity on what the benefits will be for .COM domain owners.

If there is no clarification re how ICANN will spend the $20 million to improve the .COM space, who do you recommend all .COM domain holders should contact to protect their interests?

I’m thinking FTC and Monopolies Commission, but if you have better suggestions I’d be very grateful. This kind of commercial behavior must be stopped in its tracks asap.
