Your proposed price increases of 70% over and above the current prices over the next 10 years is simply absurd. With an average cost of living increase around 2%, and a ten year peak of 3.78%, 70% is simply unjustifiable. 

Rather than schedule your increases based on nothing, an indexing to the cost of living would make sense. If a "scheduled 10 year increase" is absolutely necessary then 20% over 10 years would seem more reasonable.
