I am a registrant of a .COM domain name.  As the owner and sole employee of a business that is not yet turning a profit, I strongly oppose the proposed changes. The proposed changes would harm small businesses and individuals and would be contrary to the public interest in the DNS.

I encourage you to reconsider and rescind this proposal.
