To whom it may concern, I'm writing to voice my opposition to Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. As a consumer and developer of web-based services, I believe the DNS system should be treated as a utility that operates as close to cost as possible. An increase that exceeds the yearly inflation rate is unreasonable. An increase that benefits a single registrar that already has healthy operating margins is unjustified. Please, do not enact Amendment 3 of the .COM Registry Agreement. Thanks for your consideration, -Charlie
