Hello, I am writing to voice my opposition to Proposed Amendment 3. The web, and global DNS, were envisioned to be run for the public, and they SHOULD be run for the public. Profiting at the expense of all else, it means that freedom doesn't exist for us. Please do not adopt this proposal.
