I feel that unless some kind of significant value is added to the domain name system as it currently exists, there is no actual reason, beyond profiteering, for the proposed changes. While I have no objection to any company making profits, it should be done so honestly. Verisign and ICANN should simply make it known that they have a desire for increased profits and are therefore increasing prices in order to fulfill that desire. Thank you, Tom Fox
