I disagree strongly with the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement and believe there should not be a price increase. There is absolutely no need for it! The price freeze in Amendment 35 of the Cooperative Agreement was put in place for good reason - please honour this, or leave and let decision makers who can, take over.
