I am unhappy to learn that verisign can increase prices on .com domains with the proposed changes, without any of the domain resellers being consulted about the potential changes. Please add some wording that prevents unreasonable increases in prices and caps total price increases to help keep small businesses able to afford owning .com domains without making it impossible or unreachable.
