Dear ICANN, Your organization is supposed to be finding solutions to protect small businesses and individuals while finding initiatives to expand and protect. By the information I have received from my domain registrant NameCheap, looks like your organization is taking a totally different path, something we have witnessed in other sectors as well. There is no objection to new partnerships or marketing strategies but I think when it comes to decision making, the whole community and individuals should be considered first. Regards, Ali Khademi
