I oppose this decision at the 7% yearly incremental raise over the next decade and beyond. This decision will allow for too many repercussions across the internet and internet users, which is the majority of the global population. ICANN and Verisign need to communicate directly with their constituents and affiliates and partner organizations when changing matters that affect the global economy.
