Regarding public comments about this proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement, we denounce the way this is being handled. We want transparency on this process, input from the industry and customer base, and caps on increases passed along to customers, as well as what will happen to the funds charged to customers. ICANN was meant to help solve problems, not become the problem. Stop this Amendment now.
