I would like to voice my concern regarding the proposed amendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement. These changes were made in secret, without incorporating feedback from either the ICANN community or internet users, which I think is incredibly egregious. Further, these price increase will make .COM domains less accessible, a poor state of affairs. I hope that you will allow the public to participate in this decision as well. Heather
