Hello, I think that while allowing increases of 7% may sound modest it is already very cost prohibitive to own a domain. I believe that the current pricing is fine and I am sure the CEO's or higher-ups could take a pay cut just pay everyone more and not worry about increasing profits for once. Your profits are fine. The internet needs to be accessible to everyone.. Jacob
