Hello, I am writing to register opposition to the proposed amendment. The amendment includes financial changes that will affect end users of the .com TLD, such as myself. End users have not received a full explanation of precisely what would justify these changes in cost. The amendment's explanation is vague, non-committal and insufficient. Furthermore, the amendment specifies a financial arrangement between ICANN and Verisign for millions of dollars to complete "good faith" projects, which are also not precisely defined or specified to any acceptable degree.
