I am against Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. If anything, the price should be lowered because the marginal cost of provisioning and managing .COM registrations should be significantly lower now than ever before. If this is not the case, that would simply suggest that Verisign incompetent at efficiently scaling its business - something the public should NOT pay the price for. -- Scott Hardy
