The prices of most things on or off the internet have to be justified. I assert that this is no different. Please provide greater transparency in what the $20M being provided by Verisign will be used for, in addition to why a price increase in .com domains is necessary in the first place. I don't mind paying more, if it proposes, that I as a internet domain owner will benefit in some way by the price increase in a TANGIBLE way (the "good for the community" idea isn't a good argument).
