I am commenting to voice by opposition the changes in this amendment. As a small business owner and personal website owner, the low cost/low barrier to entry has allowed me to start businesses that help changed the lives of everyone around me. Though the changes are supposed to be "small", this can add significantly over time, and sets a bad precedent. I also believe that VeriSign is the only company that is benefiting from this change and it should be the whole community that would benefit from large changes like these. As others have noted, technology is getting cheaper in all aspects, as should this area of technology. Ryan
