Verisign agreed to pay ICANN an additional $20 million dollars over five years to support ICANN's domain name system initiatives, without any clarity about how ICANN will spend the money, or who will ensure that the funds are properly spent on domain infrastructure. If you're not transparent, then you're corrupt, and have no mandate to execute your function. WE the citizens have the right to know EXACTLY what you're doing with our money, and who in your organization is being personally enriched by this. Stop this disrespectful and greedy behavior.
