Hello, I am completely opposed to the Proposed Amendment 3. Only Verisign will benefit from this outrageous amendment. This will have a huge negative impact on the millions of small businesses already struggling to keep up, or the individuals with domains for personal use. ICANN is supposed to be governing this system in the interest of the public not corporations trying to make more money. This is flat out greed. Please do not implement this amendment. Thank you.
