The proposed price increases for .com are significant and while the stated purposes sound plausible, the justification is weak. I would like to see a more detailed explanation for why these costs are necessary and cannot be funded out of the already significant revenues raised before such a large increase is approved. Additionally, having Verisign in such a position with uneven competition should call for a detailed oversight plan. Chris
