I'm writing to object to the proposed amendment to the .COM registry agreement. At this point, there is no clear justification for the proposal to allow price increases for .COM registration. The underlying cost has not changed and there is no presentation beyond some vague "supporting initiatives regarding security and stability ...". I feel that a precise plan presenting what these initiatives would do and what they would cost is necessary to justify any price increase. Truly yours, François Bronsard
