I do not support amendment 3 and do not believe that such agreements promote an open, competitive free-market. But rather simply cause rates to increase for end users, serving no other purpose other than to force end users to pay more in profit to companies (verisign in this case) who are largely disengaged from the end user. How long has verisign held this monopolistic position for now? Over 20 years?
