As a small business owner with multiple websites, I am extremely concerned about the proposal to allow Verisign to increase domain name prices, as well as the proposal to allow them to become a domain registrar. Neither of these changes would serve the public interest. Verisign will be granted the power to act as a near-monopoly, and everyone else will have to pay for it. Running a business is expensive. I do not have the funds to offer ICANN a $20 Million bribe, as Verisign has done. Please do not allow the Proposed Amendments 3 to go into effect.
