Domain Administrator: I would like to state my emphatic disapproval to this current effort of changing the contract you presently have with Verisign. I think your proposal is too extreme and without reasonable check and balances. There is inadequate funding oversight, and there has been no open and transparent discussion with the millions/billions of impacted stakeholders - individuals like myself, the actual users of the internet and website hosts.
