To who is responsible for this We are really disappointed with the steps ICAAN are taking and disregard the voices of the people that are ultimately their customers. I feel it is unfair not to have a price cap i the domains. I pay a fee to you and I have not had any information in regards to your proposed plans. I feel I have been sold out for 20 million dollars!! I'm concerned about the impact this will have on the internet on a whole!! Lets hope some young entrepreneur comes up with something where we can change and have nothing to do with you!! A disgusted customer!!
