Hello people of ICANN and Versign, I have few .com domains registered to myself. I enjoy and appreciate the effort which Versign and others has made so far to keep the TLD alive for everybody around the globe. I do understand that some people may have different opinion on this, just like they do on many other topics, but maintaining a service costs money, which is a fact that cannot be changed. Versign is a company, they have to make money to stay afloat and more. Everybody knows that. If Versign believes that maintaining .com domain is a burden, maybe it's the time for ICANN and DOC to take the TLD to public or start a foundation for it to allow the public like you and me to offer our help of $3 per domain per year.
