Hello, I am against the proposed rate increases for .COM domains. The proposed rates are very dramatic and make it difficult for people with non-commercial uses to start or continue to use .COM domains. If Verisign wants to be allowed this rate increase I propose that Verisign give up a share of its control to ICANN itself or another entity. Thank you, Michael
