Please note my objection to amendment 3. I feel strongly that decisions like this should not be made behind closed doors: the process by which these agreements are reached should be public. Further, it's beyond distasteful that this agreement was made in exchange for a $20M payout to ICANN; it has every appearance of a bribe.
