I'm a small business owner and millions of people and businesses like mine rely on reasonable pricing for domain names. Allowing for 7% annual increases is unreasonable and is not required for continued effective operation of the .COM top-level domain. In fact, over time, given the increasing power of hardware and software, prices should actually be going down. Prices for .COM should be capped at $7.85, with no increases for at least 20 years.
