I understand you are raising fees ... my question is why is this justified?  How will the additional revenue benefit the internet consumer?  Infrastructure to run the core of the internet is provided by commercial and government entities. This seems to be purely administrative and overhead related, without justification, and with no value add.  I formally ask you cancel the proposed fee increase. V/r, Chuck Meadow / /
