It should be a requirement for ICANN to function with transparency and not make deals behind closed doors. It is also very important for .com domain pricing to not significantly increase otherwise the accessibility of .com domains for companies and individuals without large budgets would be severely impacted and that is a bad thing! I disagree with the proposed amendment. Tyler
