Dear ICANN, I urge you to discard the changes to the contract with Verisign!! What else is possible here?? Me and the entire community of internet users are the ones who will actually deal with your choices. What is your permission of giving them an allowance to increase the wholesale price to registrars for .com domains creating? Is that truly a contribution?
