[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Regarding the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I am a registrant of multiple .com domain names. And I am vehemently against the proposed price increase to .COM domains. Nobody other than Verisign wants an increase in .COM prices. The current rate of $7.85 is already more than justified. Increasing it will only benefit Verisign and harm everyone else. Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry – it should have no business dictating the price. ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public interest. And the public interest is against such price increases. Thank you, Allen Trivette
