I would like to voice my concerns regarding this proposed amendment which will harm not just companies but both smaller business and individuals as well. The amendment simply is not acceptable under its current proposition and would need major reconsideration before even being considered legitimate. Its proposed cost increases risk a serious detriment to all and is therefore not in the spirit of fair trade and competition.
