[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] ICANN - Verisign Registry aggreement Comment
Understandable prices overall have natural pressure to increase a small proportion each year, in order to cover improved infrastructure. Larger overhaul of systems should be funded by intelligent leadership of the company with previous understanding to the foreseeable planned point of those large upgrades. i.e.: Major upgrades are funded by long term saving and planning, not short term price hikes. Open ended price surges, are associated with "price fixing". The open and rampant invention of arbitrary domain name extensions is also nothing more than artificial real estate creation built only for additional money grabbing. I am against "in verbatim" the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. It requires further independent review and revision by a far greater group of stake-holders. Andrew Thomson
