Will anybody even read this? Considering the DECLINING costs of technology, I would expect the cost of domain registration to be going DOWN. Considering there's no competition, raising of the wholesale cost of registration is tantamount to monopolistic abuse. I hope that ICANN, in serving the public interest, would take heed to the overwhelming opposition of the public to the price hikes that will be allowed by this amendment. Thank you.
