I oppose Amendment 3. I'm not against price increases if required for inflation or other legitimate purposes. I'd also like to see better explanation and accountability of the funds to be received by ICANN through this agreement with Verisign. This could set a dangerous precedent for other domains to follow suit which leaves the consumer powerless. John Cragun
